The full picture
Around a base, a lanyard is uniform-adjacent equipment, and this one carries the Navy design under an actual license from the institution. The polyester strap is three quarters of an inch wide with a detachable snap buckle mid-strap and a metal clasp at the end, so an ID or key ring comes off without pulling the whole thing over your head.
